Slow Download speed as Premium user

Hi,


I am trying to download some rather large files and am a premium user. I uninstalled any adblockers that could have been interfering even though I pay for Premium just incase.


I show to only be downloading at around 1.3-1.5 mb/s at most. I usually download things around 10mb/s on average.


Any assistance would be appreciated.

Poor download speeds across the board on all our international servers indicates that the issue is down to how your ISP is routing your traffic - which is not something that's under our control, I'm afraid. Some users had success with raising this issue with their ISP so I would suggest for you to speak to them reporting your findings from the test.

Thank you for the response on that, I spoke with them and they basically told me that there is nothing else they can do as they've checked traffic and diagnosed from their end. They mentioned maybe the NMM servers and theirs may just not be playing nice together which is kind of what I expected to be the answer. So if there is nothing else that can be done then I understand I appreciate the effort and time in trying to resolve it. Thank you!

Could try using a VPN to bypass your ISP.....
