Yserieh Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 When I open the command console, I can not use the " or ' at all. I found this a very strange bug that happened after reformatting my computer. Anything simple I'm forgetting for a quick fix?

Posting this for others who might have the issue.1. close skyrim to desktop2. Go to start, then right clicking computer, then click manage, navigate down & click device manager.3. find ehome infrared receiver under human interface devices.4. right click & select properties5. click driver tab, then click disable/uninstall.
