Game Gets Stuck at Main Menu

So, I just played through the game, and had quite a bit of fun. I was obsessed with the game until I acidently completed the main quest... not realizing that it would end my game. I didn't want to play the same exact game again, so: I decided to try some mods. I made a list, with my fiancee of some of the coolest looking mods and tried to run them all at once... I ran into a few issues but nothing major. I recently decided to go with MMM... now my game won't load past the main menu.

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure this out. My fiancee and I have both prodded the list around to no avail. So, I guess here's my loading order for mods:
