Crash when zoning

I've been playing for a few days and everything was fine (besides the common random crashes that happen). Now for some odd reason, whenever I try to zone, my game crashes. Oddly enough, if I "movetoqt" in the console, it lets me zone.

 

I've done the DLC quests for O:A and The Pitt, I just finished the Android quest in Rivet City and Moira's Survival Guide. The latter is when the crashes started to happen if that helps. Here is a brief summary of what I did when leaving Rivet City.

 

I zoned out of Rivet, quick traveled to Megaton and headed for Craterside Supply. Crashed when zoning. After trying to do that a few times I just consoled to see what would happen. Worked fine, until I tried to leave. OK, well maybe it's Megaton right? Well I did the quest that involved killing the fire ants, much earlier in the game and needed to tell the boy to go to his Aunts in Rivet City, so I consoled my way to him figuring that would help. Console zoned fine, told the boy, tried to walk out of his house, CTD.

 

Here is the list of Mods I use and load order. Maybe that might be causing a problem?

 

(I'm not sure if it is relevant, but I got Bittercup as my companion a few hours prior to the above. Took her to my house and told her that was her home now. At some point I got a message stating that Bittercup had gone back to Bigtown, even though she was supposed to stay at my Megaton home. Might be irrelevant, but thought I'd mention it.)
