Sneaking Toggles Greater Invisibility

Hey guys,

I just recently grabbed Skyrim again and went through and got the expansions etc. I've been combing through and grabbing mods here and there, but I can't seem to find one that I believe existed previously. I say I think, because truth be told I could be confusing Fallout and Skyrim given the time I've been away.

What I remember is an item or a spell that worked sort of like the Nighting Gale spell toggle. You cast it, and while the effect is active, while you are in stealth you are invisible, complete with the invisible cloaked look and all. Only, it didn't end every time you activated something etc. I have 'Better Vampires' this time around and the 'greater invisibility' ability reminds me of what it was, but it did it while you were sneaking for a much longer period of time.

I'm not even 100% sure that the 'invisibility' was more then just a graphical change. It very well could have been, and I'd be happy with something similar. I just... feel stupid with the game's current 'sneak' mode and I find myself more at home with something akin to actual stealth modes. I remember there was a way to add the 'stealth boy' effect to you while sneaking in Fallout (which is why I say I may be confusing games), but I believe there was something similar for Skyrim and I'd appreciate if you guys could point me in the right direction, or if someone can whip something up. I'd be content with a spell effect, or even an item with the effect on it, as the Nighting Gale one ends every time I pick up something and I have to stop sneaking to reactivate it. (Cuz what thief is gonna stand up just to turn invisible again?)

Okay, after looking around I found some that seem to give the invisibility effect but not that of the chameleon spell (which is added by several mods). Is there a tutorial on how to make a custom spell into a custom enchantment? Or is there someone willing to help me out?
