LE Path to High Hrothgar

Simple request that I might do myself some day. Posting in case someone wishes to beat me to it.

 

I would like to see that whenever the player goes up to High Hrothgar to deliver the supplies for Klimmek that the only creature spawns are wolves. This would fall in line with what he says. For levels below 6 it is true aside from the always present frost troll. I would like it to be true despite the player's level. The spawns can and should be normal the rest of the time.
