Constant Freezing - Searched but no solution found

[IronMannequinMrkXXI]

I've been searching for days to find a solution, but nothing is working. Every 30 minutes to an hour the game freezes, and sometimes it randomly freezes before then (I've had it freeze not even a minute after I was forced to restart the game.) I even have Auto-save turned off. I think it's one or more of my mods, but I can't figure out which ones.

I managed to get the freeze on Skyrim Performance Monitor right before a crash. (This one wasn't 3 minutes into the game.)

Edit: I think I just need to start over. I have 134 mods, crash a lot, and run around 13 FPS.

 

I have a modding addiction. I add 1+ mods on a daily basis, and I have a habit of checking every hour to see if any of my favorite Skyrim Mod Showcase YouTubers have uploaded a video.

You're a bit late. I've already done a complete reinstall.
