Fallout 3 causing problems with ffdshow/CCCP/MPC?

I've been watching videos for a long time in Media Player Classic using the Combined Community Codec Pack without any problems, and it's worked great, that is, until I installed Fallout 3.

Now, I noticed within hours of installing Fallout 3 earlier this week, that my video would become distorted and flicker when trying to watch a video in fullscreen in Media Player Classic. I didn't think too much of it at the time; I had already noticed that Fallout was using (or attempting to) ffdshow, and I figured that a simple computer restart would rectify the problem. Well, it didn't. After doing some researching, I discovered that Fallout 3 would conflict with ffdshow, although normally this would result in crashing Fallout (which I haven't experienced) and not the other way around, messing up video playback. So, I uninstalled the CCCP, restarted my PC, re-installed the CCCP and restarted my PC again. Then, I added the Fallout3.exe to my exceptions list in ffdshow. Still no dice. I get the exact same problem when trying to play video at fullscreen.

Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this? I know there are some other anime fans around Nexus that likely use the same CCCP/MPC setup that I do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Edit:

Something else worth noting. This does not happen with all of my videos, just most of them (that worked fine previously.) It happens with both .mkv and .avi files (and those same .avi files work fine when played in fullscreen using WMP.)

Adding F3 into exception list should work :( anyway, did you thought about using klmcodecpack? I'm using it, and many others too, and it works well... even with movies :)

in ffdshow video config, DirectShow control, try to check "use ffdshow only in"... my klm pack has folloving sw allowed:
