How do I fix these mod errors?

BOSS has been telling me this for a couple of mods

 

Warning: Contains unexpected (or out of order) records. A compatibility patch fixed and cleaned with TES5Edit can be obtained here.

 

Contains dirty edits: 61 ITM, 8 UDR records. Needs TES5Edit cleaning. A cleaning guide is available here.

Don't bother. Depends on mods as well. Some mods need those "dirty edits", Convenient Horses is an example of such a mod.

When a compatibility patch is mentioned, download and install. Otherwise I'd ignore them.

BOSS _usually_ tells you when a mod should not be cleaned (i.e: convenient horses, guards dialogue overhaul...). Here's a guide to help you clean mods.
