Is there a way to remove "Witcher 3 Menu Mod" that Vortex installed by default?

Its giving me a lot of trouble and my settings in-game are not saved properly. I would rather have Vortex not managed these files. Every time I try to uninstall it, Vortex just automatically reinstall the mod back. Its extremely annoying.
