Calum11
So I have an idea for a simple mod that would greatly help Gopher, a youtuber, in his let's play series. So who has ever picked up 5 of the same book or an item to find out you already have it which ultimately decreases inventory space? What if there was a mod that allowed you to see/hear if you have an item just by looking at it? As I said, it's simple but it could be a small that could help a lot of people. I was thinking there could be a bind-able key that you press when looking at an item then a message such as "I have read this book already" would appear in the top left corner of the screen. If the mod ever became big, modders could add a line to there followers so that they say something like "You already have this item". The reason I'm putting this here is so someone might like the idea and might make it. it would be less immersion breaking than the glowing book mod. fifteenspades
There is already a mod that does that. I can't remember the name but it also allows you to pray at shrines and do other random things
Shadeybladey
SkyUI shows you if you have read a book with a little eye icon in inventory. Unread Books Glow makes all books glow, unless you have already read them, and there is an asterix at the front of the book name. ~.~
MostlyMuggie
Besides SkyUI and Unread books glow, there are a few mods that put something like "(Read)" in front of a book's title.
