cheezeebred
Okay, I just installed FCOM, Streamline, XP levelling system, and Darnified's UI. All of this was from a clean oblivion install. 1. When entering vilverin. Right when I go in, underneath that first trap pressure plate. There is the yellow symbol of death. 2. I keep encountering a "frost imp" right outside the imperial city, and when I do, he KILLS my framerate. Down to like... 10 fps. Really bad. 3. I love darnified's UI. But when I make changes in the configuration menu. They don't save when I reload my save file. 4. Streamline is great, but I like to turn off the auto grass setting because I like to keep the grass either at zero or at half. I don't want it to change. I saved it in the .ini file. But it's still changing on it's own. Any help will be much obliged! Thanks :)

Thats pretty decent for me, so it looks like you might have to live with it. (It can be done) Hopefully my reply will get someone who knows more about your problem interested. cheezeebred
Nope I'm using XP professional. I didn't have that problem with streamline on my previous install.
apocalypse1138
Sorry to suggest this, but you may hve to-reinstall, especially since it seems that a Vanilla Oblivion Mesh is missing, quite odd... For the config options, only thing I can see there wrong is that you don't save the document when you close it. I am going to reenforce it here... Make Sure you Save it! I would wait for a second opinion if I were you though, re-installing can be a pain, or it might not even fix the problem. Good luck and best wishes... -Apocalypse1138 P.S. Are you sure you have all the necessary mods for FCOM?
cheezeebred
Hhhhmmm, well I backed up my entire oblivion folder before the FCOM install. So I can recover that mesh if I could figure out what it is. And I followed the FCOM install and tweaks guide (supplied on this website) down to a tee. I can probably live with the missing mesh and FPS eating imp. I just need the settings to save!
apocalypse1138
I'll look into the mesh for you... please describe the trap.(maybe, dunno if I can get to it in the CS)Unfortunately, I don't run the interface you do anymore, it was an extreme pain to figure out how to get my current one to work (it was 4-5 hours of work...). To any readers, help this guy out if you know about these problems, and have an idea on how to fix it.
cheezeebred
Hey you don't have to go through all that trouble bro. I think I can find the mesh. I figured out the other two problems as well. 1. For some reason Darnified's UI doesn't save the changes you make in the in game settings menu. (What the heck is the point of having it there anyways?) So I have to do it in .ini file for that. 2. For streamline, turns out i was using 3.0. Once I upraded to 3.1. The .ini settings saved. Thanks for all the help!
apocalypse1138
Oh, I thought you were making changes to the .ini... Oh well, the main idea that you fixed your problem is what matters. Personally, I had the same problem before I went back to the readme and did a bit of research. It's really no big deal for me helping people, sort of a weekend hobby.
