remotecontrol
Anything that damages your stats ...strength, agility, speed, so on and so forth. There are a million ways to get diseases and stuff, but its a HUGE pain in the @$$ to get them removed, I dont even wanna bother anymore... I'm looking for a cheat amulate or necklace or ring... just something/ANTHING easier than walking around for hours looking for a shrine or temple that has those things that you pay $5 to have them removed. Its driving me crazy... I know there are other ways to remove these effects, they are mentioned in the game... but extremely VAGUE would be how I describe the info I received on them... In Oblivion 2 things make it easier and not as ridiculously enigmatic to get cured : 1) you can FAST TRAVEL (what a freaking wonderful concept) 2) there is a temple in EVERY town and they look EXACTLY the SAME... so simple, yes? Im new to this game and I really like it alot, but there are certain things about it that ruin it UTTERLY. Most of those things I have fixed with mods... such as ~toggle sneak~ <--- :wallbash: ...I cant believe I had to get a mod for that. I can get over the somewhat frustrating combat style... thats fine. This elusive cure thing has got to be resolved... like in the temples of Cyrodiil... you walk up the front middle of the place (not hidden through various winding hallways) and activate *poof* DONE!!! ...so simple. ...
apocalypse1138
Wait... is this a joke or are you actually serious? Did you even read the manual that came with the game?If not, go read it now. If you are just a tad lazy, I'll answer here. There is Fast Travel in Oblivion, it is common knowledge. Open the map, click the icon of where you want to go, and voila. Getting cured is extremely simple as well. The cathedral/church is in every major city. It is huge and impossible to miss. Walk in the front door, go to the altar in the middle of church and activate it... and you are cured FREE OF CHARGE. Real simple, a chimp could figure it out. Getting upset over toggle sneak? Sounds like you are nitpicking and just bashing the game, and how is combat frustrating? Hold the block key, block the attack, then hit them in the face with your sword. No problem. Sinisister
I think remotecontrol is complaining about another game, so this is posted in the wrong forum.

Tchos
Well, if you're at all magically inclined, you should buy some spells for it. Cure Common Disease, Cure Blight Disease, and Restore Attribute (strength, agility, whatever). Then, if you're skilled enough, you can make a custom spell that restores all these attributes in one spell. Otherwise, there are potions, but those have weight. But, since you said you specifically want to have something similar to Oblivion's fast travel and chapel universal cures, then I think what you want is Divine Intervention scrolls, or spell, or enchanted jewelry. It'll teleport you to the nearest Imperial chapel where you can be healed for a small sum. Edited to add:In fact, if you do this quest in Ald'ruhn (in the Mages' Guild), you'll get 2 free amulets. One is Divine Intervention, and the other is Almsivi Intervention (takes you to Dunmer temples). http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Return_Chimarvamidium
