Double resolution images for high-density screens in mod description BB code

In mod descriptions, some images look fine in standard resolutions but blurry on higher-density ones.

 

Is there a way to support high resolution screens, for example loading a double-resolution image and forcing it to a specific size in BB code? I tried but it doesn't seem to support "width" or "height" attributes for img.

The current implementation just takes the original image and sets it to your screen width. If the image is low quality that's like the max quality of the source file.

Thanks, that makes it easy for full-width images. I was thinking along the lines of smaller elements (like adding an icon to a link), I guess it's not possible then currently.
