Recall Ablity/perk/whatever

Basically, the idea is to have a dummy cell. Whenever a new recall point is added, a "card" is added to the cell containing it's information. Whenever one wants to go to a certain recall point, a script checks through the cards in the dummy cell, picks the desired one, and activates it (which in turn teleports you to the recall point).
