Does the v1.5 patch still cause crash for Evil/V-Evil beyond lvl 20?

Does the v1.5 patch still cause crash for Evil/Very-Evil characters beyond level 20? If it does, I think I can explain why, though I don't understand how it's happening, since it really shouldn't...

 

If someone can confirm it, I will post my hypothesis, otherwise I won't waste the bandwidth with it.

I just want to know if you loaded Fallout 3 and started playing, saved a few times, built up a few levels, etc. before signing in on LIVE and downloading their setting adding a second folder in your, "My Games" Folder?
