my connection always interupted / rto when i tried to download mods in nexus, but if i changed to another connection it work out, how to fix this

it works couple days ago and suddenly its always rto when i tried to download mods :/, i know its on my side because if i use my secondary wifi it works, but not with the primary. anyone know how to fix this?

It sounds like it's probably an issue on your ISPs end. You should contact them about it.
