Collections (Making a personal collection)

Hey guys. I am wondering if it is possible to make a personal collection for games. I have my games modded the way I want and was wondering if there is a way to save the setup the way I have it in case I ever had to start over like if I got a new computer or something like that. This way I could just have a quick and easy way to get my game back up and running the way I had it originally setup. If this isn't the case then this is honestly a feature I would like to suggest. A way to make a collection for personal use. Even if it was something local on your system, like getting all the mods setup with their links to nexus or external, or even having it just package all your mods up with their install data so you could back it up to an external drive or something.
