Need help for sounds in mod.

So, I have a good mod for Jericho941 from nexus, which is good at everything except disgusting sound. I wanted to fix it and unpacked the file "Main.ba2" and replaced the sounds there with others. But in the game it remained the same. I reached into Fo4edit to change the parameters of the "Sound description" and changed some values there, but again I didn't get any effect. Then I replaced the sound of the shot with a completely different sound that cannot be confused with others. Not even the sound of a gunshot. But when I packed all this and replaced the files, I again found that the game uses the usual sound, even if this file is no longer in the mod files, and the sound is replaced with another with the same name.

I just refuse to understand how this is possible and I do not know what to do with it.

a couple of things come to mind:

1) Are the sounds files saved in the proper format.

2) Did you repack the sounds into the ba2

3) Did you test in a new game

4) When you look at the sound descriptiors in the CK, is the right sound being played.

1 the files are saved in the same format and with the same name, I just replaced the sound itself, leaving the format and name
as well, I tried to change the "sound description" settings in the file.esp because I noticed that the original sound from the mod itself has good quality, and it is distorted directly in the game, as if there are special settings for it. I do not know how to explain it clearly. The original sound of the shot is good and loud. In the game, it sounds quiet, like a distant echo or something. This is not a bug, this sound is really so tuned for all players and on the video from the author. But this sound is terrible.
2. yes, I packed everything back leaving the name and format, I just replaced the sound itself for the test. But nothing has changed. The sound remained original even after the file was replaced and the real sound was no longer in the mod file
3. no I haven't tested it yet, but I'll try to do it
4. The correct sound is registered there and I can only guess how to fix it
Replacing the sound file or the "sound description" settings simply do not appear in the game in any way, everything remains as if I did nothing with the files.
