Selling Stalhrim to the Thalmor

Theres a Dock at the Northern Side of Solstheim called Northshore Landing where a couple of Thalmor are waiting that is Part of this Quest http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Dragonborn:Sell_Stalhrim_Armor_and_Weapons_to_Ancarion

Now you can either be Greedy and Sell Stalhrim to them, or you could just simply kill them and be done with it or tell them to go away.

So for those who Does want to Sell Stalhrim to them, im asking if someone could please make a Mod where the Thalmor in Skyrim wears Stalhrim Armor, but this should Only trigger when you Arrive in Skyrim after Selling some, so when you return and kill the Thalmor at Northshore Landing, the Thalmor in Skyrim should Still wear Stalhrim Armor.

Lets say you Sell Stalhrim Armor and decide to kill them, then the Thalmor in Skyrim should still wear their Normal Armor.

I suppose the Higher your Level gets or if its Blacksmithing, the Thalmor wears Glass Armor, so its somewhere around there that the Thalmor changes Armor, because i havent started the MQ or the Civil War, yet i see them from Elven Armor to Glass Armor.

Read through here, they talk about Thalmor changing Armor during Leveling
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Thalmor

See if you can match the Change with the Ebony Perk, because you make Stalhrim with Ebony.

By the way, please make an Optional Patch since the Quest Log never goes away and also this is a Bug that hasent been Fixed from the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch
Ancarion Never has enough Gold, please make it so he has Gold.
If you choose the option of selling Stalhrim armor and weapons to Ancarion and he dies, you will never be able to remove the quest from the journal.
If you choose the option of selling Stalhrim armor and weapons to Ancarion he may not have any Gold to buy anything from you.

simply because

What other things are you not sure about

simply because you probably aren't selling them enough armor for it to be used on a regular basis, unless they somehow reverse engineered it which is kind of weird

but the perpetually broke merchant defeats the entire purpose of everything and it's a pity it hasn't been fixed

I know this is a reviving a necro thread, but Ancarion's merchant container chest is driving me nuts. It seems incapable of respawning and from TES5Edit, with the exception of a 'hidden from NPC' flag of the merchant faction specifically for Ancarion, nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. But the damn merchant container keeps having the stuff I sold regardless (even if not being in Solstheim for more than 30 days).
