Slow download speed on PC, normal on mobile

So, I'm getting unbearably slow speeds while downloading from nexus on PC, but the fun thing is that, on mobile, connected to the same network, but via WIFI instead, I can get the normal 3mb/s speed.

This may very well be down to how your ISP routes your traffic. What you could try is using a VPN to confirm whether it's that or something else that's the issue.

Tried a VPN and it's even worse now

Tried TraceRoute on my phone and it returns the exact same as my PC, but still it downloads at full speed. The only solution rn is downloading mods through there and transferring via USB to my PC, which is just frustrating. Downloading stuff at nexus is such a chore
