Hello, I've recently noticed this problem crop up which is highly annoying. Turning off reflections in the .ini works fine obviously but degrades the overall immersive quality, I would really love to keep the reflections if possible. I am using a brand new rig here with a Nvideo Geforce 650 card, latest drivers and everything. I am using Climates of Tamriel with Project ENB for CoT, realistic setting. I am also using WATER by OpticShooter. As far as I can tell nothing else messes with water or shadows/reflections in my mod order.
