Empire loves their damn lists xD
I could suggest this one https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/52101
however prices need to be manually divided by 10 and chance of getting random item should be completely removed to be balanced. ini file included.
Also can recommend one touch dodge mod. I like dodging.

Blue's Engine Fixes ... complements EngineBugFixes (and it does make a difference, especially in a loaded up load order).
