Isfit
I just completed the quest for the Skeleton Key and beside it I got a "Sekeleton Band", a ring that makes me 10% more vulnerable to Magic and Normal Weapons but I have a 75% chance to avoid diseases. Now when I want to unequip this ring it tells me "You can't unequip this ring as long as you have the Skeleton Key.But I have better rings and now I want to know what to do and how to unequip this ringI also want to know why this ring doen't appear in any Oblivion Wiki? Is it maybe from a Mod? Because I cant remember getting it the last time I played Oblivion.

Is it maybe from a Mod? Because I cant remember getting it the last time I played Oblivion. It sounds like the Skeleton Band came from a mod, I've never seen it in-game before. My best suggestion for unequipping it is to find out what mod it came from and remove said mod (if you want to keep using the skeleton key). You might be able to force unequip it through "removeitem" or something similar to that effect.
Isfit
How to I find out which Mod is it? And is it somehow possible to remove it w/o removing the Mod? I want to keep all my Mods =(
dezdimona
one way to find out is to deactivate one mod at a time until the ring disappears, then go into the CS, bring up that mod delete it from said mod, save and update the esp and your set! an easier way would be to put the key in a 'safe' chest, then since its no longer in your inventory, remove the ring, then take the key back! Isfit
The moment I remove the key from the Inventory, the ring disappearsThe moment I add it to the Inventory I get equiped with the ring again... EDIT: I found it with TES4Edit...Its the MagicBonus Module from LAMENow how do I edit it so I can keep the ring, dont have to disable the plugin but still can unequip the ring? EDIT2: Nevermind, I did itJust removed the script from the ring and I have the ring and can unequip it now =)
