INCREDIBLY SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEEDS

Hello!

 

Last year when I tried modding skyrim again, I could download mods as fast as 1-2 mb/s which is the standard for nonpremium users. Now, the download speeds are extremely slow. barely leaving 200-300 kb/s. please don't tell me the only solution is to buy premium. uggh.
