Necromancy Spell Question

I was wondering if anyone has made the Necromancy spell "Summon "x" minion". The spell that harvests the corpse of those dead around you to create some sort of undead minion army. If anyone knows of its existence, where can I find it?

I had this really quick daydream this morning. This shadowed figure takes a few steps forward inside of a building. A weird "charged ether" looking purple fog emanated from him in a large circumference(sort of resembling a spider web pattern). All the people in that vicinity of him died horrifically, like a cross between the effects in "Robocop" when the dude gets the acid dumped on him, and that scene ( I think it might had been from "Fright Night" but unsure) where the guys head liquefied in layers down to a blood soaked skull. The bodies hit the ground and the shadowed figure is sort of chanting as a symbol appears beneath him, he crosses his arms, and floats directly up a couple feet,hovers,then drops. The bones around him swirled around like small bone ridden dust devils, they then condensed and each twirling cloud created a weird (bosmer sized)bone creature.

 

The other quick shot I saw was: A shadowed figure hacks up about 5 people in a sword fight, 15 more people are running toward him. When he casts some spell "along the same lines as previous", but all the hacked up pieces shake on the ground and pop like liver in a microwave. From each exploded piece of corpse assembles a knee high sized (meat puppet) corpse minion.

 

But that was just a daydream and doubt there's anything out that gory :wallbash: .
