SoulMasterFinnigan Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 Have you Unpacked the Textures using BA2 into the Data folder?

lee3310 Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 (edited) Hey do you know what's wrong with my Creation Kit? almost everything is purple. here's a picture  HighCK.pngIf the textures are in the vanilla BA2 then you don't have to unpack them if you have this in CreationKit.ini (sResourceIndexFileList=Fallout4 - Textures1.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures2.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures3.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures4.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures5.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures6.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures7.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures8.ba2, Fallout4 - Textures9.ba2)If it's a custom ba2 you can use Ck fix and set "OriginalLoadBA2=false" under fallout4_test.ini Edited February 17, 2023 by lee3310
aliveagain002 Posted February 17, 2023 Author Posted February 17, 2023 Unfortunately the only way i can make this work is to place all textures in my data folder unpacked, and then move them again when i'm playing the game, i'm so lost don't know what i'm doing wrong :D there must be a better way to make it work, Forgot to mention that i'm running CK through MO2, its the only way my mods show in Creation Kit, if there's a better way to do this i'm all ears. Thanks to all of you in the best modding community ever!
RoNin1971 Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 As lee3310 said, you don't need to extract the original textures from the .ba2.You only need your own to be there. (& those should not be moved when playing)
