Eolath
So, I was wondering today. Is there any cleaning tool which could clean out any modifications made to a certain cell? Per example; If I edit the .. lets say, Wawnet Inn interior and I give it a small upgrade. (add a few rooms etc) but accidently I mess up the whole Tiber Septim hotels interior (Don't know how that would happen, but just an example) is there any way to reset the Tiber septim cell to how it was before (Vanilla) without starting the whole ESP over? Any kind of tool for this or so? So is there any tool to clean out a cell from an existing ESP? so if you create a large mod, and accidently mess up one cell... it doesn't matter that much. I think either TES4edit or TES4Gecko has that capability
Eolath
Yeah, I installed TES4Gecko, any idea which of the options I should use for cleaning out sells? the cleaning option itself doesn't work to clean out a whole cell from mod influences. Thanks,

Thanks, TES4Edit might. I really don't use either program so this is just speculation. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
Eolath
Meh, thanks anyway - anyone else has an idea? been playing with TES4Gecko for some while now. Can't figure out a tool to clean cells
XJDHDR
I have been using TES4Gecko for a long time and I can tell you exactly how to clean the Tiber Septim's rooms (excuse the pun). 1 ) Create a copy of your plugin in case something goes wrong.2 ) With TES4Gecko open, click on the "Display/Copy" button.3 ) Open your mod.4 ) In the list on the left, click on the plus sign next to "cells".5 ) A cell consists of a reference and it's worldspace children (the entry just below the reference entry). Search for all entries related to the Tiber Septim Hotel (they probably start with "ICTalosPlazaTiberSeptim").6 ) Select all the bad entries (reference and worldspace children) and click on the "Toggle Ignore" button.7 ) Click on "Save Plugin" and you're done. If you have any questions or problems, please tell me and I will try help further.
Eolath
Thanks a load! I'm going to try this right now, I'll tell you how it went Worked pretty smooth, though I do have another question right now - this cleaning only removes references and objects in a certain area - what if someone edited the Vanilla landscape in lets say a worldspace? is there any way to remove the landscape edit - or do I have to readjust that manually in the CS? (Not that much work, but bringing it back right to Vanilla level might be tricky with landscapes)
XJDHDR
Why did you send this reply in a PM? EDIT: Oh I see. I told you to tell me if you have any more problems. EDIT 2: For anyone interested, here is my reply to the PM:<snip>But what if someone edited the Vanilla landscape in a worldspace? Would there be any way of resetting that to Vanilla hight? (otherwise I'll have to do that manually, which is possible but slightly annoying) Eolath That is also possible with Gecko. Follow the same instructions for cells except in step 4, click the plus next to "Worldspaces". Also, the bad worldspaces can be more difficult to find. If you haven't intentionally edited any worldspaces, then good for you. Just ignore everything! If you have intentionally edited some spaces, you will need to find the coordinates of those WSes. Looking in the CS should give you those figures. Then ignore everything else!
