Problem with landscaping new WorldSpace

Hi I`m working on creating a new smaller worldspace.... I've got the look of it down, and I`m working on the texturing right now. I`m having a problem where there are squares in the world, that I can't change the texture of. They seem to have appeared randomly. There was 3 of them, but some how I was able to change just 1 one of them. Anyone else encounter this? Is it something I`m doing wrong? or a bug within the GECK itself?

Yes, I am having the same problem when I try to modify the texture of landscapes that already exist. I am trying to add snow and for some reason its like the geck randomly chooses which squares witll accept snow and which will remain the same as they were. I ended up with the area around megaton looking like a chess board and I cannot figure out how to fix it. I am also having a lot of trouble finding anyone with a related topic. If I figure it out though I will sury post it here and ask that you would do the same.

This happens when there are too many texture types on a cell if I remember correctly .....paint over with one of the already used textures to eliminate the others and use then more qisely their count ...

The max textures a square can hold are 7

So, you can overpaint them with a texture of the 7 to lower the count,

or better way, open landscape-editor, then go into renderview while landscape-editor is open and press key "i"

now you get a overview of the painted textures and can remove those of your choice.
