BurnSycleFO4 has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Insulting a mod author in a Private Message after requesting permission to post their content on another website and doing so before they could respond. You are not entitled to the content mod authors freely share through our platform and you must respect the posted permissions if you want to remain a part of this community.

 

Original PM 17 Jan 2023:

"Can I port this to Xbox One If I give you credit as the author"

 

Author's response 27 Feb 2023:

"Please remove my mods from Bethesda.net, I did not give you permission to upload anything of mine to any site. My mods and assets packed within are the property of various artists that I was given explicit permission to use. Please remove it immediately before I take further action"

 

Next reply 27 Feb 2023:

"First off I am man and you don't talk to me that way under any circumstance. I was patient and polite to you. Do not threaten me as I will make an example out of your and the assets you used for your mod without permission yourself."

 

Final reply from the author 27 Feb 2023:

"Thank for you removing the mods. Take care"

Considering you had taken this author's content without permission, they were very polite with you. You are not owed an apology.

 

We have also had several complaints about you for stealing content and uploading it to Bethesda.net - this kind of behaviour is not acceptable in our community. This should be evident by the BGS moderators removing your uploads from their platform.
