Download speeds Vortex and manual at 170 Kb/s max

Heya, I've been having problems with download speeds for a couple of weeks now. At first I ignored it, thought there may be server issues which is fine, but it hasn't improved so I'm posting this here with the help of the guide.

Country: Germany

 

ISP: Deutsche Telekom AG

 

Average download speeds: 12 MB/s

• Amsterdam: 32KB/s
• Prague: 12MB/s
• LA: 6-7MB/s
• Chicago: 8-9MB/s
• Miami: 7-9MB/s

I've had our team take a look this morning. I'm afraid it appears to be an ISP-related issue as there were no problems with the server itself when you reported this.

 

You can contact your ISP to report the issue or try using a VPN.

Alright, thanks for letting me know !

EDIT: I'll contact ISP on monday and ask regarding this issue. In the mean time I conducted a test at home. I tried downloading a big file over mobile data and it was much faster while only having drastically overall speed compared to home internet. So this proves only further something being wrong with my ISP. Will update if I get this resolved.
