Nearby objects clipping with the camera.

I'm having a bit of a weird problem in oblivion. Objects that get too close to me seem to clip with the camera. For example in teh character creation screen if I select a Khajiit as the race the khajiit nose clips through the camera and I get a great view of the inside of the Khajiits head. The rest of the body further away from the camera is rendered normally.

It also happens with bows and rarely shields but not any other objects that I get close to (so far). I've got no idea what's causing it it's been running fine earlier today when I made a new character tee only mods I've installed since then was a mod to fix black screen issues on my Nvidia card. I also tweaked the INI to raise the draw distance for lights and shadows and to raise the amount of shadows rendered on screen. I tried changing them back and it didn't fix the bow issue, however, I haven't tried it for the char gen screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Really? I've never experienced it before and I first got Oblivion in 2006. The issue with the bow I think I have seen before. But not this issue with clipping even in the character creation screen.

if you move in extremely close to something in my game it happens also.If I want screenies in tfc mode I can do the same thing!

Yeah, you're right it DOES do that... However, I wasn't using tfc to get close. The khajiit was at the normal position in the character creation screen. I don't think it was really related at all to my problem actually, as creating a new INI file (even with all the settings exactly the same) fixed it. Same issue in tfc mode. But at least khajiit standing a few feet away are normal once more.

It would still be nice to know the cause of it though in case it ever happens again. But at the moment, it works and that's enough to keep me happy.
