Your test files work fine but I am trying to download several Dark Souls 3 mods and gives me 3mb/s. I bought premium to save time and its going to take the same amount of time. If this cannot be fixed quick, i want a refund.

Thanks, but I tried all of the servers. Using the option that you sent me on preferences and also the manual download window for each file.
