paladinoa
I have a couple questions for TES Oblivion construction set. 1. Is there a way to populate bookshelves with random books/scrolls? 2. How do I use this resource in my mod http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22745?
Pronam
1: You could use this one if you assign it as a container and fill it with random leveled list(s), containing books...But randomly placing books does not exist as far as I know...other that placing it yourself. 2: For usage inside your own mod. You must place the .nif file in a folder of your own choice, inside your Oblivion/data/meshes folder (create a meshes folder if you don't have one)Inside CS, you should create a new object. For the beds..inside furniture.. then select .nif file, Then goto place where you have put the .nif file and it should be settled.

Not exactly what I was looking for, but at least I know that there is probably not a shortcut. I'll just use my backup plan, close eyes, twirl scroll wheel, twitch mouse, and the closest selectable book will be the one placed. 2: For usage inside your own mod. Thanks! this will help enormously, now I can use and do all sorts of cool things. I am planning on uploading my house mod when I get it closer to a finished state for critique, and you can bet that I will have more questions for you all, and hopefully I will ask the same question only once.:)
jefe323
If you want a filled bookcase, I would suggest that you use this resource, as it gives the impression of a filled bookcase. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23075

New question: where in the CS are lockpicks?!?
Pronam
That would provide to be difficult. If there was, I bet it would be downloaded a lot...If someone would have figured it out however, it would have been applied to everything.I think you could do Bethesda a great service, cause their latest game fallout3 has final objects everywhere too.Guess you're hired at Bethesda Softworks if you know howto.... Anyway... the lockpicks are, as many items that do not fit inside the other categories, inside the MiscItem category.(If you hadn't found it already of course :) ) Good Luck ;) !
