nukafreak
Is there a way to request to Bethesda to create a whole vault suit for Haloween?Really I would pay high price for that thing.I was a fan since 1997 when they made fallout 1and always always wanted that suit for haloweenI even had an attempt to make them myself but miserably failed. ZeonicGlory
That actually sounds like a really, really good idea. Armored Vault Suit would also be pretty cool.

jgarling
Just wear a pair of jeans and find your self a denim shirt and stitch or pin the numbers on the back. The pipboy would be a bit harder, but I think the look would be pulled off pretty well. For the armored suit find yourself a football thigh pad and paint it black or brown and pin it to a brown leather belt and throw the belt around your chest. nukafreak
jgarling, you probably aren't a fan of fallout 3cause the vault suit is actually a rubber fabric jumpsuit
nekoali
The CE edition artbook describes vault suits as made of a 'denim like' fabric. Wearing a rubberized suit constantly would be very uncomfortable I imagine. As far as making a suit, I'd start by looking for a mechanic's denim worksuit. It gives that one piece look to it and if you can find or make it dirty, all the better. Cut the numbers out of yellow fabric and sew/glue them on or use fabric paint. You can do the same for the yellow striping on the outfit. If you wanted to get really in the details, the piping around the edges can be sewn on as well. Add a pair of combat or black work boots and perhaps a pair of fingerless gloves and you have a pretty decent representation. If you wanted to get into more details with the belt/back protector, the mechanical bits on the shoulder and chest, the Pip-boy and the armored suit parts you would have to make those from scrap parts.
