diablo2resurrected No Loot Unless Show All Items active: Does this mod exist?

I don't really play this game to grind, so I was wondering if there is a mod to never show loot text unless I've got Show All Items active-

It really takes the atmosphere out for me with the screen getting cluttered with loot text as loot falls out of a monster or if my character is standing near it. (Plus with all the distinct drop sounds for different items, the text is pretty redundant for me.)
