Custom follower invisible hands and feet and black face

Hi all I have made a custom follower and she is perfect for me but for my husband she has invisible hands and feet and black face how to fix this

What exactly do you mean by 'for you' and 'for your husband'?

I take it he runs Skyrim on a different PC. How exactly did you make your mod available to him? Cause it looks like you missed some files.

 

Specifically, brown face means missing/wrong exported head in Data\meshes\actors\character\facegendata\facegeom\{modname}\ and its corresponding tint texture in Data\textures\actors\character\facegendata\facetint\{modname}\

 

Missing hands/feet - looks like you get the NPC custom skin and forgot to include the meshes for it. Body section is replaced by the clothing, but hands/feet, being bare are not rendered.
