This is a problem of SKSE 1.5.97

My last FNIS code is {ERROR (5): Access to the path"D:\LG5\base\SkyrimSE\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\temporary_logs\defaultfemale.xml"is denied.}

This happens when I try to reload the FNIS biological package SE 7.6 and XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended. Access has been denied since then.

I want to know why I was denied access and find a solution to the problem

File access is denied either if the file permissions say so (right click on the file in windows explorer -> properties -> security) or if the file is open in another application.

If it's the latter, LockHunter (https://lockhunter.com/) is one tool you can use to find out _who_ locks the file.
