Im brand new to any modeling so im sorry for the noob questions... I'll be learning how to make new NPCs, New building, Static objects like fences and walls, and much more... Animations too.

I'll be coming out with a new worldspace sometime and im gonna need new animations... stuff like shooting pool, throwing dice, placing bets, and more.

Are there any other programs available for use that are a bit more... erm user friendly?

I mean, I used to use blender for just the fun of it, but I never really understood how to actually make a 3d model with it

You need to read this first

http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Blender_3D:_Noob_to_Pro

Then you can move on to whatever you want to do.

EDIT

Oh wait, Neunen mentioned it already. After you done "Noob to Pro" go here

http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index...for_3D_Modeling

Yeah, 3D's kinda hard to understand if your not really into it, or have a very short attention span like me... Hehe ;)

GOOD LUCK!

i second what d_thumb said.

and start slow! its somewhat of an exponential learning curve, once you start to get the hang of all the key functions and layout, things start to speed up. try out some of the really simple tutorials and youll come away with a new bit of knowledge each time.
