NPC AI appears broken

All my settlers just stand about, or wander off into walls, and take 3-4 days (game-time) to actually find and take position at an assigned workstation.

They will often stand next to a doorway leading to the station they've been assigned and try to walk through the wall next to the doorway instead - for days!

 

About the only things that are not affected are farming and guard duty stations.

All shops and other workstations such as those from Northland Diggers mod, are affected.

Any station inside a building; besides beds, are affected.

 

I have completely reinstalled the game from scratch three times, and the problem remains, so I'm assuming its a mod effect.

 

Are there any mods that are known to cause NPC A.I. failure?

 

Are there any mods that repair NPC A.I. ?

 

Typing NPC AI in the search box here on Nexus returns nothing of use for this situation.

 

This does not affect actual game play apparently - as far as I can tell anyways - but is extremely immersion breaking.

Any suggestions are welcome.

NPCs need proper navmesshing to navigate and this sounds like it could be navmesh related. Are other people reporting similar issues on that mod page. Is their a patch or update available?
