Download limiting / Stopping issue

Hi all, in the past two days my downloads from nexus have started off perfectly (10MB/s as I have premium) but then after roughly 5 seconds this dips to 1MB/s then 5 seconds later 100KB/s and eventually stops prompting a network error on download. I have not nearly run out of API calls, I have tried using cellular data and my home wifi with the same result. I have tried using vortex / wabbajack with the same result. I have triple checked all processes running, restarted my PC and am able to use the internet perfectly (more info below) while watching a 4k 60fps video. Below is my further data:

Country: South Africa
ISP: Afrihost (Pty) Ltd.

Average download speeds: 6-7MB/S (South Africa to Amsterdam)
Link to results - I have also attached the image.

Download tests:

  • Amsterdam: 5MB/S then FAILED after 10s
  • Prague: 5.2MB/S then FAILED after 25s
  • LA: 5.8MB/S then FAILED after 1:30s
  • Chicago: 5.2MB/S then FAILED suddenly after 30s
  • Miami: 5.5MB/s then FAILED after 2:30s
  • Premium CDN: 6MB/s then FAILED suddenly after 1:00s

Thanks for gathering the data.

I can see from your tests that you're not having a speed problem. This means we are delivering content to you as a fast as your network allows.

I'm afraid if the download drops for all servers that is most likely an ISP or routing problem beyond our control. You can try reporting the problem to your ISP or using a VPN to see if that improves the reliability.

Some ISPs try and shape your internet traffic so it may be that after transferring x MB they interrupt the process.
