The Oblivion Quest List

The Oblivion Quest List is a list consisting of 'good' quest mods, as suggested by the community, and presents a general overview of them and breaks them up into categories (currently done by size and if they're for companions) to make it easier to find what one is looking for.

Originally hosted here: http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/quests.html it has found many homes since. It was moved over to Knol and, when Knol was shut down, was saved and moved here. It was then decided that having it hosted in wiki format would be beneficial to managing the sheer amount of information, so it was subsequently moved over to UESP. When it was deemed unsuitable for hosting on UESP, it was once again moved and found a new home over at the Nexus Wiki.

As time went on, the Nexus was no longer able to provide it with a good home so it was time to move it yet again. The list now has a home over at The Assimilation Lab (http://wiki.theassimilationlab.com/QuestList/The_Quest_Lists) where it has stayed in the format of a wiki page. In fact, it is now its own wiki.

Being a wiki, anyone can edit it and contribute to it as long as they've registered an account. In the process of moving the list over, it has been reformatted to make it easier to manage and read. As time permits, I'll be updating it and will be refining it.

Feel free to register an account on the wiki and contribute or make suggestions in this thread. The suggestions can be about the wiki itself or just submitting quests for inclusion.

I have just gone through the old threads and have compiled a list of the backlog.

Slowly, I'll start going through and composing entries for the ones not already in the list and will add them to the list.

Links were not provided for the following mods in the backlog:

AFK_Weye
Well of Minlorada
Sundered Keep
An Unexpected Company
Blade of the Haunted
Arthmoor's Village mods
Path of the Skull Bearer
Dibella's Watch
Fort Akatosh Redux
If anyone can help by providing some of those links, it'd save me the trouble of digging around for the right one. Edited by deaths_soul

Here are some very good Questmods you might not have in your list

There is still a downloadlink for Blade Song but only v 1.1 http://www.jeuxvideopc.com/downloads/8690-the-elder-scrolls-4-oblivion/762-quetes/30386-aventure-quete-bladesong-11.php . You don't have to use the french esp. Tesnexus link is down.

here in Germany we have a lot fully voiced Adventures, but I think you won't take them to your list. Some englisch translations do exist, like

some do not

I link the greatest german Questmods, besides Nehrim, never seen in the english speaking community, like

Just wondering - what was the reason that it was moved from the Nexus Wiki? Nexus seems like the most logical place for it, being the Oblivion modding website.

Also, there's a popular massive quest mod that's missing from the list. Humility prevents me from submitting it myself.

Nexus has been rather unreliable lately and they weren't responding to support requests, so I moved it to a more stable server. I have full control of the list over at TAL and we will install any needed extensions.

I'll add Knights of the Nine Revelation promptly.

Would this bit from the description on the download page be suitable as a short description?

From the creator of Anduril Reforged comes a sequel to Knights of the Nine. Umaril has been vanquished and the people of Cyrodiil hail you as the Divine Crusader. But little do they know that Pelinal's relics hold the key to protecting the freedom of all humankind... or enslaving it.

Ah, I see. Yes, Nexus has been going through a lot of changes lately, and if Dark0ne & Co have prioritised work on the main sites and download servers over the wiki, I'd say that it was a sensible choice.

My original blurb is rather marketing oriented. But for something more "encyclopedic", perhaps something like this:

Billed as an unofficial sequel to the Knights of the Nine DLC, this mod places you on a quest that ultimately sends you back in time 4000 years to the eve of the fall of the Ayleid Empire. It has a very heavy emphasis on Elder Scrolls lore, providing insight into Pelinal Whitestrake and his allies while recreating many events that were described in the in-game books. The mod itself consists of a long, story-driven adventure consisting of 16 quests, a handful of smaller side quests, an interesting new worldspace, larger headquarters for the Knights of the Nine and user-configurable cosmetic options for the Crusader's Relics.
