Crash at specific area

Hi, I have constant crashes while trying to reach a specific area of the Reach. I attached a map of crashes (the stars) they seems to create a circle where I can't go without crashing(the circle). I found a couple of old saves that loaded with the same mods I use now, they don't crash. So I started to think it was not a mods problem but a save problem, so I tried savecleaner and also fallrim (first) but I didn't solve :sad:
Here what logs in netscript framework say, any help or suggestion would be very much appreciated.

You could try loading your original save, then going into an interior cell, like a house, inn, etc., and wait for 10 in-game days (in extreme cases, 30 days). This can often allow a bugged cell to reset.

 

I waited 32 days (that was boring... ^^) but nothing, I'm still crashing there... well the area is quite not very interesting, i think i don't have any quest there to do, so I think I will continue playing the save anyway... just I would like to solve the problem for the sake of it

You are using NetScript Framework, so you are using v. 1.5xxx of Skyrim SE? Did you roll back your installation? I see a lot of CC content, if that is from the paid AE, then you might have trouble if you didn't roll back your installation.
