[Mod Request] Bullet Proof Vest Removal?

As the title states, I was wondering if someone could make a mod where the bullet proof vest was invisible on Leons model in his default costume? I downloaded some mods to alter his default outfit but the vest covers up 90% of it. I dont care much about keeping the vest stats, so if its easier to just remove the thing entirely off Leon rather than messing with the vest mesh then thats fine, I just want this damn thing off!
