antoniut
Response Text, Topic Infos. Where can I find information and a list about those types of asterisk text (**) types, and how to use? e.g. *laughs*, *cough* etc. Thanks a lot in advance

antoniut
Yes, but it plays sounds or plain text, how it works?
hereami
It's displayed on the screen. Normally, TopicInfos have corresponding Voice files that play sound and they need be recorded manually. https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Topic_Info But actually, what does RoboVoice button do, something related to voice synthesis? Does nothing for me.

Does nothing for me.I'm also intrigued by that. i found some unused vanilla robotic voice files in Nuka world DLC with the player voiceType, so maybe Bethesda intended to add a voice generator in CK at some point (like xVasynth). hereami
Ah, nice, there are Cait and Curie in xVasynth samples :) Live Cait sounds better though. Sure, would be just fine for robos and synths, preferably without prerecordings, just type the response and it's voiced on the fly in game, guess that's what OP was expecting. antoniut
It caught my attention that they were written between **. In Google, I only find this related information and they are defined as *Actions* ???? AFKTrack » #29244 *Actions* (afkmods.com) Anyway I suspect it's just a way of defining a sound, which is easier to write than the whole text...(Onomatopoeia ?) I think for most of us the robo voice button doesn't work, but apparently some of found a way to use it. I recall seeing kinggath use it in one of his recent live stream bethesda mod school -live video
hereami
@pepperman35, what would be approximate possible use then? School... Teachers, leave the kids alone, heh.. Well, yes, just denotes non-verbal parts, thus Actions, i suppose. Edited March 31, 2023 by hereami
