[Mod Requests] Black Default Hair/Black Hero Hair and/or Villain Eyes replacer for Leon if possible?

I have no idea how this modding stuff works, but I saw some mods that can change Leon's hair, including permanently giving Leon the Hero Hair if you have the DLC, but I was wondering if it's possible to change Leon's hair to black or replace it with a black version of the Hero Hair?(and not just making a Villain hair replacer)

Just something to look nice and mix well with wither the Wesker Suit, Noir Suit or recently released Helmetless version of HUNK by reaper703.

 

Second request is if the Villain red eyes could be also made for default Leon.

A combination of Villain Eyes and black Hero Hair as a head replacer would imo be perfect IF possible. Again, I don't know how modding works.
