freakydoo Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 two questions here 1) is anyone currently working on dual pistols. is it even possable 2) is there anyway to have different time frame in diffent world spaces. example: have time move slower while in megaton, rivetcity, etc. and normally while in the "outside"worldspace. thank you all
junin Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 Dual wielding is possible, but very difficult to do, especially if you do not want to replace an existing attack animation from vanilla fallout. But I’m sure it will be done. You just have to have patience.

DCstar Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 well if u gave charons shotgun normal animations, you could use and change them. and you could make the projectile exit point a fast animated object that moves from one barrel to another. with magazine count, double the clip size although you would have to make custom animations for that too. i dont see why this isnt possible ? if you had a few good modders on board ready for a lot of work you could achieve dual wield
SpeedyB64 Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 They managed to make dual swords for Oblivion using OBSE so I think it will be possible to do with FOSE. There several directions to take with the problem, like idle animations, etc. I'm sure someone can come up with a clever way of doing it eventually. You should have said something like "Please use the search function" and left it at that.

asdasdsuper Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 The Oblivion post, well swords dont have firing nodes which " shoot " the " bullet " they just have collision nodes and no, they did have dual swords but only 1 sword really damaged. The other sword DID look like it attacked, it just didn't damage.

However, if you are willing to live with a single pistol reload animation, and just doubling the clip size, and with only one node firing, then it is simplified down to changing the firing animation to holding two guns. At least that's my thoughts on it.
