[Mod Request] Unlock 'professional' difficulty for 1st Playthough

As title suggests, would it please be possible to make a mod/hack to unlock the games 'professional' difficulty without needing to finish the game first.

 

I would like to play 'professional' on 1st playthrough. Thanks!
