A Challenge

Hey everyone, I've finished Morrowind, and currently completing Tribunal. The thing is my character is level 50 and a really powerful fighter. Killing 4 dremora lords at once isn't exactly a problem.

 

Does anyone know of some good competition or mods that would spruce up the game a little and challenge my characters abilities?

I'm looking to go anywhere in Morrowind that would provide an interesting challenge.

 

Did you fight a character that was particularly difficult? Have you been attacked by more than 4 characters at once? What part of the game was the most difficult for you?

I have a quest for you. Look for the "bitter cup." And i once was attacked by twenty ordinators at once! I kept running away from them and they caught up with me in the wilderness. Sucks to be me!

Try the mod Giants Ultimate by Puma Man. It adds a bunch of high-level creatures to Morrowind. Even streets of Balmora won't be safe. The lands inside the Ghostfence are positively hellish.

Be careful about using the vampire ancient's unique weapons. My character got cursed with sun damage when he equipped one. He's in semi-retirement now and hasn't yet found a cure.

The biggest challenge of all at L50 may be to start a new character. Try a race/specialization/class that you've never used before. Join different factions and take a different path through the quests. Create a character with a new personality. Use different weapons, armor, and magics.

Start out green in Seyda Neen. Try to be what you've never been.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I might try a new character. I've always tended to use fighters. Maybe I'll try an enchanter or something to do with magic to change things up a little. Should give a whole new perspective on the game I'm hoping.

You can alway's try boosting up the difficulty meter. Or there is a certain mod that does signifantly increase the power of a lot of enemies but I can't seem to think the name of it. I'll get back to you when i remember.

Another thing to do is try a new race. Most of the races in Morrowind are generic and it does not matter which one you are after a while. one race that seriously chanegs gameplay are the Pharlans. you can go to www.sabregirl.com/tesmods.net to checkout Sabregirl's race mods as well as a rather large quest mod that i'm proud to have helped on. To give an example, Pharlans have a whopping 100 percent weakness to normal weapons, but a 70 percet absorb magica, but stunted magica, but five time the magica you would normally have, but are hated by everyone, but can fly slowly..... it goes on and on and really did change the gameplay. :)

yeah the giants thing would be good for you for my level 1 character I got chased by a black thing and 5 ghosts I chucked particleballs at them but they kept comeing so I dove into the water and thought I was safe untill a shark came and killed me
