[Mod Request] Auto Loot

Hi I was wondering if auto looting possible if you go near any lootable things

 

Or at least be able to pick up multiple same loots (pesetas) in an area with one click instead all individually

but there's only so few things to loot in this game, for me after multiple runs I already know where all the items are. If it's like fallout I understand because there's so many thing to loot in that game.
